Care and Handling
How do I clean my artwork?
Acrylic Prints can be cleaned with a soft cloth and water, with or without a mild soap. Do not use window/glass cleaner and make sure the cloth is free of anything that might scratch the surface.
Aluminum Prints can be cleaned using soap and water or ammonia based glass cleaners applied with a soft cloth or paper towel.
How do I hang my artwork?
Aluminum hanging rails are attached to the back (inset and hidden from sight) and once hung the image ‘floats’ off the wall.
24"x 16" and smaller:
Supplied with 2 Euro-Hangers which can be either attached to the top rail and hooked over a "J" hook (not supplied), or attached to the sides to accommodate picture wire.
Over 24"x 16":
Supplied with 2 'Z Clips' (a.k.a. 'step hanger') to support the extra weight of the larger sizes. The vertical slot allows for fine tuning of the level before tightening the screw

Do you offer international shipping?

What about duties and taxes?
Any duties or taxes incurred as a result of International shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How do I track my order?
Once your artwork has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package.
Returns
Do you offer a return policy?
As all orders are custom, we do not offer returns. However if your artwork arrives damaged in any way please email info@gilbertfineart.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
What if my artwork is damaged when it arrives?
If your artwork arrives damaged in any way please keep the original packaging and email us as soon as possible at info@gilbertfineart.com.

Do you sell your photos for promotional use?
Please note that I offer my photographs for sale as fine art prints, but they are not available to be purchased digitally to be used as marketing or promotional material. I intend to maintain an exclusivity with the images which I feel would be lost if they were widely distributed or altered in advertisements.
